We have had a similar experience with Unpaywall. I am wondering whether opening a ticket with Ex Libris would be a more effective approach.

Thanks,

Subject: [Eril-l] unpaywall not removing incorrect links

Hello,

Has anyone else been having trouble getting incorrect links removed from Unpaywall? I used https://unpaywall.org/fix to report an article they show as OA but is actually behind a paywall, but after 2+ months it is still not fixed. On https://unpaywall.org/fix it says corrections should appear in a few days. I also emailed their support twice - no reply from them. Anyone have this experience and/or know what is going on and how to get tis link removed? This is the article:
