[Eril-l] [External] unpaywall not removing incorrect links

Hi Sally, yes, we have pending cases with Unpaywall from several months ago that appear from their support centre to be untouched by them.

It used to be that our for-fee discovery provider would support us by intervening to monitor progress and bring these cases forward. That was a valuable service that saved me some time. But they are not prepared to spend that effort on follow up any more.

Hello,

Has anyone else been having trouble getting incorrect links removed from Unpaywall?  I used https://unpaywall.org/fix to report an article they show as OA but is actually behind a paywall, but after 2+ months it is still not fixed. On https://unpaywall.org/fix it says corrections should appear in a few days.  I also emailed their support twice - no reply from them.  Anyone have this experience and/or know what is going on and how to get tis link removed?  This is the article:
