[Eril-l] Accuris - what is your experience?

Hi Julie,

We have also had difficulty communicating with the folks at Accuris. We have a subscription to the platform and a deposit account for purchasing standards. Many recent requests for a pro forma invoice to replenish our deposit account went unanswered. After finally receiving a response, they mistakenly sent an invoice for our subscription renewal. We finally got our situation straightened out, but it was a frustrating process that took over a month. It seems like they are either ill-equipped or uninterested in the academic market.

Hi,

Has anyone tried working with Accuris for Engineering standards? Do you get responses? We are being ghosted by our reps after telling them that we wanted to change our renewal for the next cycle. We gave them the required notice to do so, yet they are refusing to discuss changes, nor will they return emails or calls.
