[Eril-l] 'session expired' message on ProQuest Ebook Central

The College of the Holy Cross has had this random problem reported to us
for a few weeks now (multiple reports). It happens when a user tries to
access a chapter of an ebook. And, yes, it is random.
I put in a ticket to ProQuest Support, but received the response that we
needed to clear our history and cache and re-do the search. A refresh does
NOT work for us. We usually have to clear history/cache and try the search
or url again. Or, try it again in a completely different browser.
I am trying to figure out how to report this to all faculty and students
for Fall Term.
