Hi Sarah,

I have had similar issues . In many cases the faculty member / student has not reset their password. In other cases,  every semester the confirmation email resetting the password or setting up a new account has been sent to the spam folder. Check with your IT department to check their filters / firewalls.

My library offers NYT academic passes and I've just heard of a professor unable to create an account, so possibly related.  They received an "access unavailable" message.  I've notified NYT of the issue and referenced your note so they know this may be affecting multiple subscribing orgs.
