We too have one title hosted by Allen Press for which this keeps happening. Likewise, I've never been able to get a timely response directly from them. Our subscription agent (Harrassowitz) has been able to contact them and eventually manages to get access restored each time, but it takes several days at best and apparently never stays fixed, as Lynne's email prompted me to check, and indeed they've turned off all our access except 2020 and 2021.
