[Eril-l] Vendor admin username and password management

Hi Xiaoyan,

It makes sense to use a password manager to manage these credentials. I personally use BitWarden to manage passwords. However, since these vendor credentials need to be shared among staff involved in ERM related works, we found using a shared spreadsheet is easier and that is what we are using. The sharing function in most password managers are only available as a “premium” option, and we don’t think it’s worth the extra cost just to be able to manage vendor credentials.

Subject: [Eril-l] Vendor admin username and password management
Hi,

Does anyone have any experience with using a tool like LastPass to manage their vendor admin account credentials? Did it work well for you? Was it difficult to have username and password information in a separate system from other ERM info? Were there any unexpected advantages or disadvantages?

Thanks for any information you can provide.

- Yan
