EBSCO is currently doing maintenance to the eBook collection, so might that be the cause?

>From their Alert Status page (https://status.ebsco.com/): EBSCO will be performing scheduled maintenance from Thursday, April 8 to Friday, April 26. During this time, changes made to the eBook and audiobook settings in Site/Group Maintenance in EBSCOadmin will not sync to the EBSCO Mobile App or the New Discovery Service interface. Changes to settings will continue to sync to EBSCOhost and existing EBSCO Discovery Service as usual during this time.

Good morning, all:

A student reports that a link from WorldCat Discovery to an eBook on EBSCO is returning an EBSCO “No results were found” error, and they’ve emailed a screenshot to confirm their description of the problem. I provided a direct link to the eBook without the Discovery linking syntax, but the student reports the same behavior.

The EBSCO accession number that the student’s screenshot shows is “not found” matches the accession number of the eBook they are attempting to access. In addition, I’m having no problems with accessing the eBook myself, either through Discovery or through direct linking.

Has anyone else encountered this type of problem and know where I might look to fix it?
