[Eril-l] Issues with creating accounts with Ebsco?

Starting late last week we've been receiving reports that students are unable to create Ebsco accounts to use the MyFolder system.  While working from home last Thursday I was successful in creating one, but my attempt today to create another new one met with "an error has occurred. Please try again".  A second attempt gets the same error.

I don't see anything on Ebsco's status page.  Are others seeing similar incidents?
