*~Please excuse cross-postings*~

If you are a librarian who is employed in an academic library and actively works with troubleshooting e-access problems as a part of your job duties, please consider taking this short survey:

https://universityofalabama.az1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_6SEYW237ZDF7ZvT

The purpose of this study is to learn to what extent librarians assess their local e-access problem reports and troubleshooting workflows, the purposes for which assessments are performed, and the barriers to assessing data related to troubleshooting. It is intended that only one person from each library respond to the survey. The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.

Responses will be collected anonymously and participation is completely voluntary. Full informed consent information can be found on the first page of the survey linked above.

Survey responses will be collected until Friday, July 3rd, at which time the survey will be closed.

This research study has been approved by the Institutional Review Board of The University of Alabama. For questions regarding this research study, please contact the primary researcher, Lindsey Lowry, at lrlowry at ua.edu<mailto:lrlowry at ua.edu>.
