<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">The purpose of this study is to learn to what extent librarians assess their local e-access problem reports and troubleshooting workflows, the purposes for which assessments
are performed, and the barriers to assessing data related to troubleshooting. It is intended that only one person from each library respond to the survey.
<b>The survey will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete</b>.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif">Responses will be collected anonymously and participation is completely voluntary. Full informed consent information can be found on the first page of the survey linked
