[Eril-l] Database renewal process

We're trying to change how we collect opinions from our subject liaisons for our database renewals. Does anyone have an interactive database renewal process they use?

Our subject liaisons like to comment on the different databases, but we haven't found a good way to facilitate an online conversation, and keeping a shareable spreadsheet wouldn't work because you would have to comment in the individual cells.
