[Eril-l] Digital Theatre Plus

We posted this problem on the EZProxy listserv, but we haven't gotten a response, so apologies for cross-posting. We wanted to see if someone out there had experience to help us figure out this dilemma or if Digital Theatre Plus had given trouble to others in this same manner.

>From our EZProxy Admin: We are having an issue with Digital Theatre Plus from off-campus.  It's not logging in to our account after logging in through EZProxy.  I talked with them over the phone and they said that our server was using aggressive caching.  They said for us to turn off caching for their URLs.  Where within EZProxy are settings for caching?  Can caching for individual products be set in EZProxy?
