[Eril-l] SciFinder from off campus

Diane,

We're having the same problems.  I tried to get on using our VPN and
SciFinder didn't recognize the IP address.    We opened a ticket with CAS.
Their answer was essentially 'tough noogies'  ('we work with VPN and
proxy...go ask your IT folk.'

Since we have a number of novice users who haven't even heard of a VPN, it
wasn't terribly helpful.
