[Eril-l] flowchart for e-resource systems

Hi Jennifer,
Stacie Trail and I have used a context flow diagram in our troubleshooting
classes that is helpful for staff in understanding the big picture. We are
Ex Libris customers so they are heavily represented in our diagram.
