[Eril-l] PubMed down, kind of?

Hi all,

We're currently experiencing issues accessing PubMed from everywhere -- on and off campus, mobile and desktop, logged in to MyNCBI (institutional account) and not; is anyone else having this issue or have a good way to contact NLM?

This is happening with most articles but not all articles so I'm a bit confused as to what's going on.

To test, go to PubMed > search anything > click on a result > taken to error screen

I noticed that when logged in to MyNCBI that a filter pops up for Texas Woman's University Libraries which takes me to articles that work properly. We've been having issues with our link resolver lately so I've recently been messing around within MyNCBI and LinkOut, but I have not been making any changes to Filter settings.

Any help or advice is appreciated!
