[Eril-l] ScienceDirect access problems?

Hello

I had the same issue this morning (in the UK).  ScienceDirect had some kind of internal fault where they disabled our IPs.  I contacted them by chat and they reinstated them - I had to give them our IP ranges and proxy IP again.  I think other UK institutions had to do this as well.

We just had the same thing on our side here at McGill. We brought the issue to Elsevier and the access has been re-instated.

Just checking if anyone else out there having access problems with ScienceDirect?  We can access the site, but it is not recognizing our entitlements so we are prompted for purchase.  I also can't get into the Admin Tool even when I changed the password.

I've been on hold for a few minutes on the phone.
