[Eril-l] Alexander Street issues?

Hi Lisa –

Yes, I’ve had reports from users on a couple of our ASP titles. I reported the first one to ASP on March 6.  As of June 2, it still hadn’t been resolved. Between those two dates, I checked in on the progress of my ticket in a series of communications between March 31-April 3 (at which time I was told that they were hoping that the problem would be resolved at the time of their next release in mid-April) and May 22-June 2. Though I haven’t heard back from ASP since then, your e-mail prompted me to check again, and I see that we have finally had access restored to the title I first reported on March 6. Our access must have been restored sometime between June 2 and today—over three months’ resolution time.

Hopefully, now that they’ve figured out our problem, yours won’t take nearly so long to resolve.

Today we started having problems with Alexander Street video collections.

When we use our normal route to access the videos, we receive messages that say "Sample Only". It seems we appear as only being set up for trials of 3 nursing-related collections (which we didn't set up). Our links all appear to be redirected to URLs with /preview/ in them.

Is anyone else experiencing issues?

I am still able to login to our admin area and see our correct holdings.
