<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D">Yes, I’ve had reports from users on a couple of our ASP titles. I reported the first one to ASP on March 6. As of June 2, it still hadn’t been resolved. Between
those two dates, I checked in on the progress of my ticket in a series of communications between March 31-April 3 (at which time I was told that they were hoping that the problem would be resolved at the time of their next release in mid-April) and May 22-June
2. Though I haven’t heard back from ASP since then, your e-mail prompted me to check again, and I see that we have finally had access restored to the title I first reported on March 6. Our access must have been restored sometime between June 2 and today—over
three months’ resolution time.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
