[Eril-l] Evaluation rubric

How do you evaluate new electronic resources? How do you assess the ones you have had for a while? Do you get input on these decisions from other faculty or students?

Do you have some sort of rubric, with evaluation criteria built in, that you would share with us?

I would love to know how others manage this process. Thanks!
