Hi All,

We have been dealing with this issue for a couple of months. There is a
work around. Ebsco made some videos for us to share with our patrons.

This is the warning we have on our eBook LibGuides page.

Some web browsers are known to have a hard time recognizing script
components in certain eBooks. Because of this, you will need to go through
a "load unsafe scripts" protocol. Screen casts are available that
illustrate the correct protocol to correct this issue in Firefox
<http://screencast.com/t/Ku6y4edTJCP>, Chrome
<http://screencast.com/t/Ydp6hgCg> and Internet Explorer
<http://screencast.com/t/qZo1ISSRSbH> browsers.

Hope this helps!

annie
