We have noticed a problem with loading some Ebsco eBooks in Ebscohost. There seems to be no one reason but the full text (pdf) are not always loading. The window where the pdf is suppose to appear remains blank. It seemed to happen more often in Firefox on a PC but I also had the same problem in Safari on a Mac. If I hit reload the ebook appears. Last week we had a similar problem with journal titles not appearing in the Ebsco Publication Finder even though they were selected in the knowledgebase. Ebsco support said that they were just slow in loading and sure enough the missing journal title appear the next day. I'm wondering if the two issues are related. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thank you.<br>
