[Eril-l] JSTOR STILL having problems -- ?! (Tuesday)

I just got off the phone with JSTOR Support. They thought they fixed the problem yesterday but they said tons of people are calling in with more issues this morning. They said “all hands are on deck” to fix the problem but didn’t have an estimate as to when it will be fixed.

The paywall is another issue I have JSTOR investigating. It looks like proxy authentication is not being recognized, at least for my library. When I go into JSTOR through the proxy, the top right shows that I am not logged in. If I take the proxy prefix out of the URL, I am logged in. JSTOR is aware of this issue as well and hopefully will be fixed ASAP.

I can get into JSTOR, but it wants me to pay for access to all titles even if there is a subscription at my institution.
