Yes, we've had the same issues over the years as well.  I usually have to call the EBSCO helpdesk to get it fixed.

Yes! I thought it was just us.... Identical issue. It only happens on and off, so it has been difficult to report. Of course every time I have reported it, support resets the password and it is fine for a short while. I also find I have to use 'incognito mode' in Chrome to login to EBSCOadmin after I have logged in the first time with the new password.

Hello,

I would like to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problem with EBSCO Admin and ECM passwords.  When trying to log on to our accounts at Ebsco Admin and Ebsco Collection Manager our password is often rejected.  We change the password to something new, are allowed access for about two days and then the next time we try to log in the new password is rejected, forcing us to change it again.  I have contacted Ebsco support but wanted to know if others ran into this difficulty.
