Hi Sally, yes, we have pending cases with Unpaywall from several months ago that appear from their support centre to be untouched by them.</div>

It used to be that our for-fee discovery provider would support us by intervening to monitor progress and bring these cases forward. That was a valuable service that saved me some time. But they are not prepared to spend that effort on follow up any more.</div>
