[Eril-l] [EXTERNAL] Re: Problems with De Gruyter

Hello,

We've been getting the "Unspecified server error" intermittently since at
least March. It happens when we try to connect to a book on the De Gruyter
Brill site as well as when we try to connect to chapter and/or pdf links on
the site. We have received some reports from our users but don't know how
often this happens and a user does not report the issue.

When we get this error we seem to be able to get to the De Gruyter by
reloading the page but sometimes it takes several attempts before the page
loads.
