[Eril-l] Oxford English Dictionary access issue

Hi,
Same problem at Harvard Library. I wrote to online at oup.com but haven't heard back yet. The problem seems to be affecting both OpenAthens and EZproxy authentication.

Have patrons reported access issues to Oxford English Dictionary although the invoice is paid in full?



We are not getting signed in via Cornell when trying to access any tab other than “factsheet”  Instead we either get a loop when attempting to “sign in through your institution” or that button does not work at all.
