[Eril-l] Oxford English Dictionary access issue

Have patrons reported access issues to Oxford English Dictionary although the invoice is paid in full?

We are not getting signed in via Cornell when trying to access any tab other than "factsheet"  Instead we either get a loop when attempting to "sign in through your institution" or that button does not work at all.
