[Eril-l] Question about ACM Digital Library

Hi ERL-L,

  We are cutting our library budget again here at Winona State. It was brought to my attention that the ACM Digital Library has announced (https://www.acm.org/publications/openaccess) that they are now 100% Open Access. Does this mean that we can discontinue our license? (The current license includes funding for page charges for publishing in ACM titles, but it turns out that our CS faculty don't publish in ACM titles, so that is not an issue for us.)

  Has anyone else looked into this?
