Hi,
If you do not "subscribe" to ACM in any way then you will have access to
the free-to-use, Basic interface, along with all the content. The Basic
interface *is* very basic and has limited functionality (e.g. in basic you
can't search certain fields or even filter by date; it only has quick
search functionality). The differences are listed at
https://dl.acm.org/premium. Of note....you would no longer have access to The
ACM Guide to Computing Literature
<https://libraries.acm.org/digital-library/acm-guide-to-computing-literature>
if
you no longer "subscribe", which may be considered crucial to your users.
