[Eril-l] Statista question

We had access issues with Statista this summer that were different than what you describe but were strange, nonetheless.  On campus access on some computers (public workstations and staff workstations) was paywalled, remote access worked (at least for me).  One user got a "attempt to authenticate to non-existent session" message.  The best way to resolve the issues was to contact support at statista.com<mailto:support at statista.com>   It took a few days, but the rep was diligent and fixed the problem.

Has anyone been having problems with account creation or password resetting on the Statista database? For new users the registration page looks like it's going to load but then blips and does nothing. For password resets we see a captcha error that can't be dismissed and therefore prevents the reset process. We have the most recent Statista and Cookie Law stanzas in place in our EZ Proxy file.
