[Eril-l] Inquiry: Workarounds for MyEBSCO Account 400 Error

Dear ERIL-L Colleagues,
My name is Jungmin Byun, E-Resources and Discovery Librarian at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) Kraemer Family Library.
We are currently experiencing a persistent 400 error when users attempt to log into their MyEBSCO accounts. it has been affecting access to personalized features like saved searches and account management.
Has anyone in the community encountered and resolved a similar 400 error with MyEBSCO? If so, could you please share any workarounds or solutions you've implemented?
For example:

Proxy configuration changes (e.g., updating stanzas or headers)?

Browser/cache clearing steps for users?
*
Contacting EBSCO support—what resolutions did they provide?
