[Eril-l] [EXTERNAL] Issues downloading JSTOR R5.1 reports manually?

That's a reasonable explanation. I just think, at least for my institution,
the report coming through hours later is a big shift from how things
typically are. Usually, if I request a report in the admin portal, it takes
about 5-10 minutes. The fact that it took 4 hours for it to appear in my
inbox is pretty unordinary.
