[Eril-l] Issues downloading JSTOR R5.1 reports manually?

Hello,

Has anyone else encountered a problem with receiving an 'Unable to load
page' error when attempting to manually download COUNTER 5.1 JSTOR usage
reports in the JSTOR admin? This happens to me in Incognito mode too.

Their R5 reports run without a problem.
