We also had a lot of trouble working with what was then called IHS. We switched to MADCAD years ago. I don't know if they have what you need, but I've been very happy with them. https://www.madcad.com/

Hi, Julie.
We have had a similar experience. All we wanted to do was add money to our deposit account before the end of our fiscal year. Direct emails to individuals got no response; emails and call to support got assurances that an invoice would be generated, but nothing ever happened. If there were anyone else I could work with for this service I would.

Hi,



Has anyone tried working with Accuris for Engineering standards? Do you get responses? We are being ghosted by our reps after telling them that we wanted to change our renewal for the next cycle. We gave them the required notice to do so, yet they are refusing to discuss changes, nor will they return emails or calls.
