We also had a lot of trouble working with what was then called IHS. We switched to MADCAD years ago. I don't know if they have what you need, but I've been very happy with them.

We have had a similar experience. All we wanted to do was add money to our deposit account before the end of our fiscal year. Direct emails to individuals got no response; emails and call to support got assurances that an invoice would be generated, but nothing
ever happened. If there were anyone else I could work with for this service I would.</div>
