Genesis,

Our library upgraded yesterday, and I am experiencing the same thing you are. I tried it on two laptops and my iPhone. On one Windows laptop, I received the “your device does not meet integrity standards” error. On another, it installed and launched, but no books would display. Same goes for my iPhone.

The strange thing is that a colleague was able to successfully launch the app and access a book on his laptop.

It’s definitely not an isolated issue, and I also do not think the problem is on our end.

Morning all,

To those who have already chosen to upgrade to the new ProQuest Ebook Central Reader App this week or before: is anyone having issues actually downloading the app to Windows devices, or seeing any books in your bookshelf in the app on Android? If anyone has been successful using this app, I'd like to know, too.

I've already put in a case with PQ/Ex Libris, but I'm wondering if this is an isolated issue or not. I've tried a workstation, two library computers, and a home computer. I am having a hard time imagining this is an error on our side.

Thanks all,
