[Eril-l] EBSCO new UI for BSI and link resolver problem

Hi Everyone

We recently moved to the EBSCO new UI.

We decided to go with the new BSI interface (BSC and Business Premier) as
well.

Today, we realized that the link resolver is not appearing for no full text
articles on the BSI profile. Results simply do not have any linking options.

Our other 60+ EBSCO databases (on the ehost profile) are working fine,
displaying the link resolver option.  To be clear, we do not use EBSCO
discovery service. We are on Primo VE.

We opened a support case with EBSCO.  I can confirm that other libraries in
our CSU system are also experiencing this problem, so, I want to draw it to
your attention, wondering if you are also seeing this.
