[Eril-l] Counter reports for June 2025

EBSCO COUNTER reports are available by the 5th of the following month unless it falls on a weekend or US holiday.

If a resource's monthly usage shows zero, I investigate any issues that might cause access problems. With EBSCO specifically, I make sure that the settings for the Profile IDs are correct in EBSCO Admin. They sometimes revert to older settings and no one at EBSCO can figure out how or why.

Are COUNTER reports available for June 2025 yet?

I ran a DR report for EBSCO databases and there was data for June 2025 but some of the counts were 0.

Is that because there was simply 0 uses, or that the full data for June 2025 isn’t available yet?
