If a resource's monthly usage shows zero, I investigate any issues that might cause access problems. With EBSCO specifically, I make sure that the settings for the Profile IDs are correct in EBSCO Admin. They sometimes revert to older settings and no one at
EBSCO can figure out how or why.</div>
