Hi, Kenyon.

As I understand it, CloudFlare recently (Tuesday) instituted a policy that blocks AI crawlers if they don’t have permission or if they’re not willing to pay for the privilege of scraping content. That’s probably the source of the human verification question.

However, we’re not having the same problems with access through our EZProxy. Sorry to hear it, hope it gets resolved soon.

Hello,

We are currently having problems connecting to Wiley Online Library from both on and off campus.

- Attempting to access Wiley Online Library from campus may lead to a page asking that you verify you are a human. The page seems to successfully verify you are human, but sometimes hangs for a few minutes before going to a page indicating "Wiley Online Library is down." This seems to only happen from some of our IP addresses.

- Attempting to access Wiley Online Library from off campus through our proxy server (EZProxy) leads to a "Website is not accessible via this address" message.

I have reported this to Wiley but wondered if anyone else was having these problems.
