[Eril-l] [External] Taylor & Francis ebooks download: 404 error message

Yes, I received this error yesterday while helping a student at our Research Support desk.

We reported it and they though they had fixed it. Testing showed it was not fixed and we reported it again today.

Hi all,



We receive a 404 error message when trying to download either a book chapter or the whole book from Taylor & Francis. Online reading works just fine, albeit it's awfully slow to display the content.



Does anyone else encounter the same problem?
