Yes, and I reported the issue to T&F.  Their reply:

"We are aware of an issue that causing 404 errors in ePub/PDF eBooks downloads. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience; rest assured we are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible."

Hi all,

We receive a 404 error message when trying to download either a book chapter or the whole book from Taylor & Francis. Online reading works just fine, albeit it's awfully slow to display the content.

Does anyone else encounter the same problem?
