[Eril-l] CLOCKSS vs Portico?

Hi,
We cannot afford to be a paying member/supporter of both CLOCKSS and Portico. Right now we pay Portico.
I just got a solicitation email to join CLOCKSS and it mentioned that everything it makes available (lightening dark archive) it does as Open Access for everyone. I believe that Portico only makes the materials available to paid members. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong about any of this.

Should we be switching to CLOCKSS?  What other factors besides price should we be considering?
