We cannot afford to be a paying member/supporter of both CLOCKSS and Portico. Right now we pay Portico.</div>

I just got a solicitation email to join CLOCKSS and it mentioned that everything it makes available (lightening dark archive) it does as Open Access for everyone. I believe that Portico only makes the materials available to paid members. Someone please correct
me if I'm wrong about any of this.</div>
