Hi,
I just went through this on Monday and Tuesday. You'll need to have the full stanza in your config file instead of just the IncludeFile line. The HJ line immediately after the URL will have the ?identityprofileid=NNNNNN at the end and Lexis Nexis needs to supply that ID number.

Linette - yes that is the screen I am getting when go to access the "second" time. I have reported with Lexis Nexis through their support chat, but there was not resolution through there. I may have to call them if this persists.

Sally - thank you for the solution, I just did that, and it did work on all browsers. For now, it can be a solution to give to users as more troubleshooting is done.

the fix that worked for me so far is to click on the blue "sign in" button, close the browser and start again from the catalog record.  Firefox, working remote.

Yes, I see the same thing.  And I just notified all the librarians yesterday that this migration was now complete.  Thanks for bringing this to my attention.  Count us in as having the same problem.  I didn't even close the browser -- just the tab -- and tried to open it up again when I received the above message.

We use EZProxy but we grabbed the new stanza on Monday when we went in for something else.

Hi all,

Nexis Uni Academic went through an UI upgrade over the weekend, and my institution is having access issues.

We can access initially, but once we close the browser and try to access again, we run into a log in screen. I have checked our EZproxy (which is updated) and have done cache clearing on all browsers multiple times, but the problem still persists.

Is anyone else who uses the database experiencing the same thing?
