Hi Maribel,

I’ve attached a sample of the first page of mine. I keep inserting a column for the upcoming budget year, and hide the oldest, so only 3 years at a time display. If I expand it out, it goes back over a decade. I like to keep an eye on the trends in price increases. Displaying 3 years of price prints perfectly on paper in landscape view! 😊 I’m old school- I like to write on the paper as renewals and invoices come in, then I update the spreadsheet on my computer when I have time.
The last column, “in portal”, is our online system. I check that when I see the check was issued by the business office. The invoice column is just the I received the invoice and passed it on for payment.

I inherited the spreadsheet for all our subscription databases from the former ERL. I am now starting to create one for fiscal year 7/1/24 -6/30/25.  If you are okay with sharing your spreadsheet(s),  I would love to see how you keep track of your database subscription renewals.
