[Eril-l] Simmons Insight troubles

Is anyone else having trouble with Simmons Insight access?    We have been working with Simmons and support on our campus for the past two weeks but problems continue.  Either we cannot connect at all, we connect but cannot get past the home page, or it takes at least 30 seconds to connect.

We sometimes have luck connecting directly on campus by removing the proxy prefix from the URL.    But overall access is unreliable.
