[Eril-l] Wiley pdfs not loading

It might be a 413 error.  We see this problem occasionally, especially with commonly used sites.  I've had a vendor refer to it as a "browser memory too full error."  The only way to fix it is to clear ALL browsing history.

Hello,

We've noticed a problem opening some Wiley pdfs from on campus in some browsers. The site takes 2-3 minutes to "load" but ends up with a blank white screen.  So far, this seems to be a problem in Chrome and Edge but not Firefox. Below are a few examples:

Links seem to work fine in Edge when connecting through our proxy but they were also working in Chrome when connecting through our proxy a few minutes ago and now we're seeing the problem in Chrome when connecting through the proxy server.

Has anyone else noticed this issue?
