[Eril-l] [External] Wiley pdfs not loading

A bit of a tangent from the original question, but: I have a 2021 troubleshooting guide that worked at the time:
A patron was having difficulty getting a PDF using his iPad. We did some experimenting, and found that access to PDFs are available, but there's an added step (screenshot below). I also tried this on my iPhone and it worked great. I'm not sure if this problem is specific to Wiley, but be aware that other platforms may require a bit of digging as well if patrons are using i-and-other-gadgetry.

This is a problem some others are reporting on the EZProxy listserv. Wiley had an issue with Cloudflare blocking EZProxy access last week, and people are wondering if it's related. I know at least one person has put in a ticket to Wiley about the issue.

We've noticed a problem opening some Wiley pdfs from on campus in some browsers. The site takes 2-3 minutes to "load" but ends up with a blank white screen.  So far, this seems to be a problem in Chrome and Edge but not Firefox. Below are a few examples:

Links seem to work fine in Edge when connecting through our proxy but they were also working in Chrome when connecting through our proxy a few minutes ago and now we're seeing the problem in Chrome when connecting through the proxy server.

Has anyone else noticed this issue?
